Used for non-penetrating hole of self-made case tap screw hole

I bought the item at the local home center, but if the drill stopper is also set, adjustment of the hole depth will be easy. Reference product: Niigata Seiki drill stopper Order code: 86929525 Non-penetrating tapping threading is possible with this product's drill stopper matching the drill diameter. I would like to attach a stopper like the Niigata Seiki drill stopper (86929525) with one that was suitable for the drill size. Although the place of the shank is a hexagonal axis, the rear hexagonal shaft is easy to run out and the hole diameter may be larger than the drill blade diameter by about 0.3 mm, so I would like to stop the hexagonal shaft and make it a straight shank . "Runout error 0.3 mm is the allowable error range of the charging drill maker. By the way I am scraping off with a lathe in the case of a rear hexagonal axis. Then the vibration error becomes 0.05 mm or less.
I think that it is a very good product with few clean burrs and a clean round hole for thin sheets and soft objects. However, there was also a fatal flaw. Hexagonal shafts are adopted mainly though it is supposed to be used with a hand drill, in particular the parts which are 6 mm or less are chucked separately and the knife part is press fit + It is bonded with adhesive. (It was so because it was scraped off with the grounder.) This is not very good. I bought various sizes, but the tip is all blurred. (It is not chuck or chucking blur but quickly the drill itself has blurring.) It may not be felt so much if it is a hand drill, but it is very well understood that it is blurred when used with a drilling machine. So it is often that the position shifts even if you punch firmly and start carefully. While it is a great tool, I felt it wastefully wastefully, so it is up to you to scrape off the hexagonal shank and remove it for this reason. Incidentally, things scraped off rotate without blurring, making it very easy to use. It is the same precision as the usual drill. So I wish I would sell an integral type of ordinary round shaft without having to bother with such a hexagonal shaft. There are things like a "plate paldrill" with a tip shape similar to Mitsubishi Materials, but this one has been sold for 10 sets, so if you order each size, you have to buy a lot in vain so It is unavoidable and can not be purchased.
