I purchased it for comparison with J & C made dimple lock key. For J & C made wire diameter 10 mm, weight 118 g, NIKKO made wire diameter 12 mm, weight 199 g and make it sturdy to make. Since both metal wires are covered with resin clothing, the actual metal wire diameter is assumed to be about 5 mm and 8 mm. The body and the release key are made of the same color and it is easy to identify and the key itself is also made more easy for NIKKO. Although there is about twice the difference in price, the basic making is the same, it is thought that the wire diameter and the weight are different.
The dimple key is safe and there is no particular problem in function or use. If the dimple key does not come out of the wire in the unlocked state, is not it possible to prevent the misplacement of the key? Also, I think that flashy color is easier to enter into the field of view and it will prevent theft, but there is no inventory for such colors, hesitate to order additional orders.
