Drilling operation of sus316 sus316L

Sus304 can be used with confidence. Cospa is nice. Sus 316L has poor blade holding. The defect of the blade leads to defective products, so if the cospa is good, I would like a good one to hold. Especially in products which are hardened by the plasma of thick material, the blade holding is particularly bad.

Although it was processing for ordinary steel and steel it was bad and it was good without replacing the stainless steel well with the hole well

Drilling in stainless steel

Kobelco's drill that he loved for ten years can not be finished, I bought this one which was good for review. However, the sharpness became suspicious from the area where the third hole was opened, and in the fourth hole, the fifth hole, it became almost the same as Kobelco used for 10 years. Is it because it is manufactured abroad (made in Singapore)? It's the worst. I will not buy it anymore.

I used it to drill a hole in a fairly solid metal (material unknown), but it was not as bad as I thought it was. I was not able to open easily and I made it 1 useless ... It might be a problem of workmanship

We are satisfied with processing of difficult-to-cut materials etc. There was a recommendation of a tool shop with dealings, and I was processing difficult-to-cut materials (HRC ≒ 25 steel) with a cobalt drill made by Mitsubishi Materials, but I was in trouble because my teeth were inconspicuous. By using this drill, we could finish machining without problem. I feel that there is also rigidity because the blade length is shorter than the other company's drill and the shank part is long. There are also people who evaluate it as easy to break, but I think that there is no problem in the place I used it.
