Unlike MonotaRO's PB product, it was a very satisfactory thing with small deflection accuracy. The maker said that the error between the center line of the outer diameter and the inner diameter is 5/1000 mm or less, but it is probably a runout error of 3/1000 mm or less actually measured. (Since it does not have a micro gauge, it is measured with a digital gauge) It was less than 1/10 of the shake error compared with MonotaRO's PB equivalent product. If you want a system of 1/100 mm or less with a machine tool etc., it is better to avoid MonotaRO PB products. It becomes a loss of money purchase.
Drill chuck on lathe spindle, when reamer is installed

I think that concentricity between the outer surface of the sleeve and the inner surface is somewhat bad. Set on MT5 lathe spindle and there is runout of 2/100 mm on the inside surface. I want something with more precision.
