I have polished myself for about 30 years ago how to grind this edge. Although it is possible to make round hole drilling like the metal core, the shape of the cutting edge also shows a larger diameter more prominently. However, it is very regrettable that there is only a thin dust.

Drilling of quenched ribbon steel

For ordinary drill blades for aluminum alloys, free cutting steels, etc., 0.5t hardened blade will be useless in one time when used for ribbon steel. It is cheap for cost though I want you to have a little more because it opens neatly with good skill with this hole and holds about 5 times. Shank does not have to be hexagon so if you can make it cheap you want the previous straight out.

Bali got out a little, but a beautiful hole opened easily. I would like to try using different sizes.

Although I was thinking that I wanted to use it from the front, I tried to purchase because the product under presently needs precision. Was it still good? I mark it with a punch for manual work, but it will definitely have a hole on that street. It is natural, but it is staggering compared to what we have done so far. The hole is also beautiful. If the price is another cheap one, we would like to arrange things of other thickness, but we will keep it at the size we need now.

It may be the best way to not get out of the position of the punch. Because it cuts like Fossner bit, the speed is not fast, but a beautiful round hole opens. I would like to stock each size if the price is cheaper a little.
