T-Slot

A T-slot is a tool that is attached to a cutting machine such as a milling machine to process a T-slot. T slot types include T slot cutters and T slot end mills. Machining in the T slot is performed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction. For processing harder materials, use a staggered T-slot with alternating left and right twist angles. Since the tool blades have alternate left and right helix angles, they have excellent cutting performance, enabling more efficient cutting and efficient cutting of materials with poor machinability. Depending on the material to be processed and the required system, the number of blades, the type of T-slot, and whether to use a staggered or normal blade will vary.
