Indexable Inserts

Indexable inserts (throwaway inserts) are blades (tips) that are mainly used for cutting tools, turning, milling, etc. It is used by fixing it to a dedicated holder, and most of the shapes are equilateral triangles, but there are also circular and square ones on the market, and most of the inserts are usually negative inserts with no clearance angle, and clearance angles. There are two types of positive chips. In addition to steel and cermet, there are other materials such as polycrystalline diamond sintered bodies. Many of them are disposable because the tip wears out with use.
