Screw Slotting Saws
Slot milling is for machining shallow grooves such as the slot of a minus screw. Be careful because it cannot be used in place of a metal saw of similar shape. In the milling mill, the thickness of the cutting edge is uniform up to the center, so if a deep groove is machined, the machined groove and the milling machine will interfere. Metal saws, on the other hand, are designed to be wedge-shaped and thin from the cutting edge to the center, allowing deep grooves to be machined. High-speed steel is mainly used as the material, and there are several diameter sizes and number of teeth. Washing is possible according to the product to be processed.
