Chamfering / Deburring
There are machining methods such as chamfering and deburring. Chamfering is a work that cuts off the corners after metal processing. This is called “chamfering” because the surface is created by cutting off the corners using a special chamfering cutter. In addition, burrs are unintentionally produced at the corners of a material when cutting or scraping the material. If burrs are left as they are, the appearance of the product will be damaged, and touching may cause injury or damage to other parts, so it must be scraped off with a file or rotating blade. This is called deburring.
