Flexible Grinding Wheels
A flexible grindstone is a disc-shaped grindstone that is used by attaching it to a disc grinder, and is an elastic grindstone with moderate elasticity. Therefore, it is about 2 to 3 mm thinner than the thickness of the offset grindstone. Applications are used for grinding, deburring, and polishing of flat and curved surfaces of steel, castings, stones, etc. Since it is elastic and dangerous, such as cracking, put a pad to ensure safety and durability of the grindstone. There are many types for general steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals, and the appropriate one is selected according to the application and work piece.
