Gear Pumps
A gear pump is a pump that uses the power of meshing gears. When the gears are engaged at the center, pressure is generated when they are opened, so that force is used for suction and discharge. Since it can handle liquids from low to high viscosity, it can be used for a wide range of liquids such as paint, candy, bonds and resins. Since the gear pump can change the rotation speed of the gear, the amount of liquid material discharged can be controlled, and it is also characterized by being quantitative.
