Threaded hole processing with easy-to-break acrylic resin

It was used for steel, but I tried using it for acrylic resin without useless. Thick 2 mm thick acrylic resin is M3 screw hole processing. When processing resin with normal tap, "chipping" and "galling" occurred well, but we could not process it well, but with high roll tap some processing powder was able to be processed though. However, if you process a high roll with the standard hole diameter of the tap, "distortion" or "crack" will occur, so you need to process the hole diameter for high rolls. Also, in order to machine a large number in succession, it is necessary to remove the processing powder and cool the high roll tap. In the absence of cutting water (a type not containing abrasive) it can be substituted with things diluted with water for dishwasher detergent.
