Restoration of screw thread after removing M10 screw screwed in force from the paint in tapped hole
On 2015-11-07 18:43:38
Because there is a gap (play) between the main body and the dice, when torque is applied, the dice turn around and become inconsistent with the tap firmly. Even when trying to tighten up the shaft, even though the shaft diameter was thin, no torque was applied, brought the water pump pliers from the tool box and tightened, somehow M10 tap was able to rotate, but the dies licked and deformed.
When the goods arrived and they put them out of the box, rust occurred in the whole. It seems to be extremely rusty though it has not been 3 weeks since the date of the manufacturer's seal. I think manufacturers should prevent rust at shipping.
